As of this weekend my boxes reset. Now my 7232 cid is the only one working. I have 3- 7100-01 that i shut off the cid rebooted and turned back on. and now i get a message saying commutation error and still dont work .Thanks for any help

try resetting your router. There are firewall settings to allow the caller ID to work. If you reset the router, and then go back into the STB's and tell them to "check availability" again. That should re-enter the firewall settings. That generally clears it with my neighbor anyway.

i tried that also and still only works on 7232 but not on the other 7100-1 boxes
