I am having an issue with my DVR and can not contact support! The 1-800-VERIZON number keeps giving me an 'unable to connect your call' message all day and the online chat option isn't availble. Is there really no way to contact support?!?!

Try clearing your cache and cookies to cure the connection issue. You might also try a different browser.

Browser is the issue. The web page simply says LIVE chat is not available at this time. I have used Chrome and IE, same results. It also doesn't explain the 1-800 number. How does an 800 number for support to a service provider not work?
