Can't Record Specific Programs/Channel

I've had FIOS TV for less than 2 weeks. I try to record some programs on WUSA 9 (CBS, in DC) and get a message "DVR Alert - This program can't be recorded.) Is CBS blocking this capability? Is this a by product of the Dish hopper issue? or do I have a unique problem. Haven't been able to find any reference to this issue on the internet.

I failed to mention in my initial msg that this only occurs on the HD channel. I am able to record on the SD channel.

what model set top box do you have.  This sounds real wierd. 

Maybe try a DVR auto correct.

Click dvr and there should a fix dvr functionality feature.

MENU > CUSTOMER SUPPORT> In-Home Agent.

A few options that might help..

-Set-Top Box Auto Correction

-Auto-Fix MRDVRY issues

-Reboot STB
