I just spent an hour on hold with Verizon. Finally had to hang up. All I want to do is cancel Starz. We've had it two weeks. Nothing worth watching. Why is not possible to cancel it from either the TV (it's easy to sign up) or on the Verizon website? All I could find was an 888 number to call. I was transferred to the IN service center who couldn't help me. They were going to transfer me to FL, but it never happened. Come on, Verizon, make it easier to unsubscribe from unwanted services
