Cannot log into any Verizon tv services.

I had Fios installed a few weeks ago and everything has been working fine then all of a sudden I cannot sign into Fios TV app.

I cannot sign into tv.verizon.net or the Fios TV app.  Also when I sign into the MyFios app the internet and TV sections are missing.  I cannot click “support” in the app because it gives an error about my account.

I’ve chatted Verizon multiple times and still cannot log in.   Finally they patched me through to the “E-Center” and after 40 minutes of being on hold they just hung up.

im frustrated and getting no answers.
