I am so tired of the picture freezing and the words not matching the lips. Usually by the time you get through the frustrating layers of internet "ASK VERIZON'S AUTOMATED AGENT" what a joke it just takes you around and around in circles. If you are lucky enough to get a live person without waiting 30 minutes usually they are no more helpful than Verizon's automated agent. It is so frustrating to pay such a high price for TV & Internet and have to deal with inapt employees and a network that stinks. I'm not crazy about the options for service, but I'm SUPER tired of the no answers as why this happens, if it happens again just turn your STB off and wait 5 minutes.
Another thing when I saw this I had to LOL, NOT EVEN CLOSE
