Watching TV on CBS 12, all of a sudden, a voice started speaking describing everything that was going on the show. I think this is SAP, but I have no idea how to turn it off. Please help!

An option to turn on or off SAP is not available on the STB (set top boxes).
The local CBS12 may be having a problem or their national feed is having audio problems.

That's not SAP, that's DVS Descriptive Video Service, on the Menu, go to settings, then accessibility, then DVS and disable it.

I tried going to the settings to turn of DVS but found it was already off-am assuming CBS/12 was or is having problems.... I am not sure as I was attemting to watch from my DVR when I discovered the discriptive narration... If someone has a better answer please let me know!
Thanks
