CHS 335HDC is displaying the following message “Channel XX is currently unavailable” No matter what channel I tune to I get the same message. Rebooted/reset it every way I know and even called tech support, whose only conclusion is that the tuner in it went bad. Was working fine till I disconnected the unit to do some work behind it. Changed no wires nor did I add or remove any devices connected to it. Did notice the “splash screen” on reboot/download is different than before. Asked tech support about this and he said there was an OS upgrade to the box…Now I am wondering if that is the cause? Unit is getting data from the router…guide works…time and date are current…Any ideas or has this happened to you? Thank you for any and all help.
