I am disappointed with Verizon you do not do any thing for the handicapped or elderly you make changes and up grades that are to small or confusing your channel line ups on TV or paper I have with Verizon for years going to change to local cable comps'

I'm a little confused, what specifically is your complaint, is it the 1.9 guide that has rolled out in new areas recently?
