Concierge widget bug...

I dislike the fact that I cannot properly save my zipcode in the VZ concierge theater ticket widget; It will truncate any zipcode that begins with a "0", leaving 4 digits and acquiring theaters and schedules from someplace else.. ex; 01824 is stored as 1824, the next time I try to use the widget to check theater schedules, it recalls theaters from 1824x, which is in PA. somewhere, not MA. where 01824 is.

It's been ten months since I reported this, no response or interest expressed from VZ. Epic fail, VZ.

This is a peer to peer support forum, and while some Verizon employees post here occasionally, it is not the venue for reporting issues with a product or service. So any report here is not likely to get you a response from Verizon.

Well, please direct me to the correct location. Stupid of me to think a forum labelled technical assistance actually provided it. Is there a specific forum that VZ answers technical questions for customers?

You are certainly welcome to ask your questions here, as many of our users have experience with the technical issue that can arise iwth Verizon services.  However when it comes to a repair or other alteration needed, you should contact Verizon directly
