About 5 days ago I noticed the NBCSN (590) was displaying "Channel Currently Unavailable" on all 3 of my STBs. I have reset them as per the on screen instructions multiple times, to no avail. Clearly verizon states that there are no outages in the area.
I placed a call to the Verizon support and we reset the STBs, disconnected and reconnected all connections on my splitter, and he reset the ONT in my house. None of these have made any difference to this problem and he suggested the next step is for a tech to come to the house.
Can anyone suggest anything more for me to try? I dont quite understand why just 2 channels should be unavailable on all of my STBs. I understand that the fact that all 3 STBs have this problem points to a single point of contact. But can anyone suggest where else the problem may lie?
