Do I have to have a 2nd ONT for a 2 family home question

Hi everyone question. I live on the second floor in a 2 family private house... The 1st floor just gotten fios installed and the owners downstairs were a little upset with the ONT that was mounted on the outside of their home... So this is my problem if I want to get fios, does there need to be a second ONT installed next to the other one or does Verizon tap into the existing ONT and run the fiber up to my floor, or , if I have to have separate ONT for me can it be installed in my home? You would have to have your own ONT as you would have a seperate account from your neighbors. Each ONT is attatched to an account so they wouldn't be able to split it at the ONT. The line would be split at the junction box wherever it is then run to the ONT.

They can install them inside if wanted all you have to do is tell the tech you want it inside not out. Mine is inside.....in my garage, but still inside.
