A verizon tech just replaced my 6416 DVR with the new 7216 DVR. I have recorded some tv shows and have an issue when playing back the shows. When I fast forward or rewind and click play the show pauses/freezes for a second and then it plays normally. Sometimes it freezes in a couple of places and then the playback is fine. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I am guessing that it is a software problem that needs to be addressed.
