Rebooting the box itself should fix that. You reboot the box by unplugging the power cord to the set top box. Wait 30 seconds then plug back in. If you are still having this problem after doing that, please send me a private message.

I'm having the same problem and reboot has not solved the issue. This isn't the first time the issue has come about. We went through a period of it happening previously and it stopped for a bit. Now it is happening again, but with more frequency.
