Dvr glitch

There seems to be a glitch in the dvr since the new changes were made. I have rebooted the remote,
Changed batteries, run through the menu several times with no help.
When pressing fast forward or the 30 sec button the program jumps to the end of the recording and ends. The show is fully recorded and this is the second show this is happening on. Suggestions???

Rebooting the box itself should fix that. You reboot the box by unplugging the power cord to the set top box. Wait 30 seconds then plug back in. If you are still having this problem after doing that, please send me a private message.

I'm having the same problem and reboot has not solved the issue. This isn't the first time the issue has come about. We went through a period of it happening previously and it stopped for a bit. Now it is happening again, but with more frequency.
