DVR has 4 dash on
Could be poor signal or no signal at all. Ensure all lines are properly connected. Ensure there are no breaks in cable anywhere. Reboot.
If you have other TVs, do they have service? Are there any pixelated channels? Did you try the in home agent off the support page to reset the box?
Use the self-diagnostic menu on a working STB to check the OOB S/N. It should be somewhere between 23db & 27db.
If there are signal issues, could be a bad splitter or worse, a bad ONT.
