DVR Recordings

I find when I schedule a recording on my DVR using the guide, that sometimes the DVR stops recording prior to the end of the program (maybe a minute or two).  This needs to be corrected by Verizon.

Are you padding your recordings?

I do a 1 minute before and after pad to all my recordings but this can sometimes cause conflict if you are recording several shows around the same time.

This isn't a Verizon program.  It happens when the program itself runs long or the station is running late in its programming.
