Nope. You can edit/set recordings, but not actually watch whats been recorded to the dvr's hard drive.

Not possible with Verizon software or hardware, but if you REALLY wanted too you could add a slingbox.  It's a small appliance that you connect to your FiOS equipment, and then it streams the fios feed to whereever you are connected with the net via an APP on your phone, or software on your pc.
