DVR will not record scheduled programs

My DVR is not recording scheduled programs and the error message says that the program was not recorded due to the channel being changed. Of course the channel was not changed.
Is there a fix for this?

Sorry to hear about the troubles you are having with the recordings. You can perform the autocorrect which should fix this by performing the following steps. Please press menu, then go to CUSTOMER SUPPORT, then IN HOME AGENT, then SET TOP BOX AUTO CORRECTION. Please let us know if further assistance is required.
