Extreme HD still not subscribed after almost 3 weeks

I had my verizon tv installed on 11/23.  I subscribed to the Extreme hd package immediately and still to this day have not received all of the HD channels.  Cannot tell you how many times i have called customer service,etc. without satisfaction.  I lost count.  Just trying to see if anyone else had this same issue, and whether it has been resolved and how.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PM Techman25 or TheSanchez. That is the only way to get support from Verizon, phone support is bad, they are just {please keep your posts courteous}  that only know how to read from a binder.

HAHA so that's the issue then, I think they need to get the scripts out to some of the people there. :smileyvery-happy: I use to work in a call center for a ISP in the late 90's and boy did we have some winners doing tech support with me. Without the script they would be lost.

Phone support is always a disaster. I remember when I was worked for the ISP, this was like 1998 when they would hire just anyone. If you could pick up the phone and speak, they would hire you. That was bad. Hell this was before broadband and everything had to do with windows software, 56k modems, and phonelines. We had no automatic tools to check anything. God I am glad I am past those days.
