FIOS App Not Working for Only One Recorded Show Every Week

I have one program that will not play with the app every single week. Everything else plays fine but I keep getting the error code "We are unable to process your requests due to a connection error. Please try again later: Error Code: 9-6-15-653-007.  I can get out of this and play everything else without issue but this code appears every time I try to play one particular program through the FIOS app.  Thoughts? Thanks

Does the show plan fine on DVR?

Do any other shows on the same network have playback issues?

I assume you are saying every new episode?

Have you tried rebooting the dvr? The router?

Try reporting the issue via the app.

There has been a feature that allows you to upload logs that will allow support to assist.
