FIOS DVR box remote doesn't work with box after changing locations in house.

Hi, Sorry the remote is not working.  You can use "In Home Agent" and order a new remote if there is an issue with this remote.  If you do not have "In Home Agent" you can go to: http://www22.verizon.com/residentialhelp/inhomeagent and download this great Verizon program.  Once it is downloaded and installed on your PC.  Click on the video tab then the remote tab and then click on I need a new remote and it will order one for you.
