FIOS HD tv and seperate DVD recorder hook up

I am buying a LCD tv soon and I currently have the Motorola QIP7100 P1 HD set top box.

I also have an earlier version Panasonic DMR-ES25 DVD Recorder.

I would like to hook up both. From looking at both manuals and jacks available, can I hook up the hdmi cable out on fios box to the tv and then use the s-video and white left and red right audio out on fios box to the DVD recorder?

YES

 

On STB's, all output are active simultaneously, so you can connect the TV via HDMI, and a VCR or DVR via S-Video/Audio cables. I have a JVC S-VHS VCR connected that way.
