my TV indicaes no technical issues but no srvice but when I contacted another side of Fios they said everything is fine with my billinbg. Now I am on hold for over at least an hour wait time.
What a mess.

Please provide more details.
Is Internet and/or phone working?
Do you have more than 1 TV? Are all showing no service?
What indications do you have on any STBs you have?
