My Fios went down yesterday morning. They say they have an outage in Justin, TX that is causing the problem. However, they have no one that they can send until Saturday to fix the problem. The weird part is that none of my neighbors are have this problem. How can they blame it on a service outage when I'm the only one on my block with the problem? It's the holiday and we have no TV, no internet and no phone. Can't believe that FIOS has no one to fix this until after the holiday! We've been good customers for years and this is the kind of service you get? Unbelieveable!
