I cannot get volume control of receiver/surround sound with new remote. (TV and STB buttons at top) It scrolls across screen but does no change volume. The old remote controlled volume fine. Remote works fine for all tv functions, ie. on/off, mute, a/v inputs. Now only can control volume with old remote Do I need the other remote with buttons at top for TV, DVD, Aux. etc?
yes you need the four button remote you can buy one real cheap at www.verizon.com/fiosaccessories I think verizon stopped offering the free four button remote
