Fios TV Online logs out after a half hour

Hi

Having an issue where Fios TV Online logs out after a half hour whether on my Macbook Pro and/or My Windows PC at home... I have to log back in after it logs off to watch TV and it's annoying! Not sure why but neither computer goes to sleep to cause it... It Happens whether I'm in my Fios network or out of network... Does anybody have a fix and/or solution for this issue?

Check the settings for power saving for your network card in the computers. A lot of systems shut down the network cards after a time period.

Stop making this recommendation.  It doesn't work.  Multiple users have already confirmed this yet you keep posting this as a valid solution.  It is not.
