I HAVE AN DVR BOX THAT NOTHING IS SHOWING ON THE DISPLAY PANEL ITS JUST LINES GOING THROUGH THE MODEL NUMBER IS M40716GC5750. CAN YOU ASSIST ME?
I am sorry that you are having troubles with the box. If you have just dashes on the front it means there is no signal. Make sure you have a coax cord screwed onto the back where it says "FIOS TV" or "RF in" and the other end going to your cable TV wall outlet. If you are hooking up a box in a new room, then that feed might not be live. A quick easy way to see if the feed is live, bring a box from a working location to this room and hook it up to see if its working. If you need further assistance, please send me a private message.
