I can see the HD-DVR in FiosTV Central online but when the site tries to update the information it times out. When I check on the DVR itself, it shows that Listener 1 is working.
Any suggestions?

Last time I checked it, it was. It was the only failure.
Edit: jsut wanted to add that all the other features (PPV, VOD, etc...) work...
Hate to be the "bump" guy but you asked if DNS was failing and it is. Do you know how I would be able to resolve this?
