As the title says I was watching the FS went upstairs came back & it asks to authorize device for some reason. I authorize it and a few hours later is says “Please choose a device to deauthorize” & the only selection is the device I just authorized. Once I select it again I’m out of authorizations for the month. This just started happening when I got my gigabit upgrade.
I’ve been watching my Fs for the last few months then it stopped connecting & the rep said I need to upgrade (which I still don’t agree with) I upgraded now here I am. This is the ONLY fs connected to my acct & is the only 1 that is prompting me to deauthorize.
Customer support have no clue

The fix should be deployed very soon, if not today hopefully. It should take care of the problem.
