As the title says I was watching the FS went upstairs came back & it asks to authorize device for some reason. I authorize it and a few hours later is says “Please choose a device to deauthorize” & the only selection is the device I just authorized. Once I select it again I’m out of authorizations for the month. This just started happening when I got my gigabit upgrade.
I’ve been watching my Fs for the last few months then it stopped connecting & the rep said I need to upgrade (which I still don’t agree with) I upgraded now here I am. This is the ONLY fs connected to my acct & is the only 1 that is prompting me to deauthorize.
Customer support have no clue

The fix should be deployed very soon, if not today hopefully. It should take care of the problem.

Try calling the billing department and have them re-authorize your account.

Also check the Firestick to make sure it is on the latest firmware.

Last person I spoke to told me it was my FS after being on hold for 45 mins… Which is totally not the case.

It is. No 1 that I speak to seems to know what’s wrong. I’m 2 secs from just getting a cable box which is why I chose the FS to save $10 month
