The Showtime website says this should be available for a free preview for non-subscribers On Demand this weekend. I am unable to access On Demand shows, although I can get the Showtime channels. Any assistance?

We are having the same issue. Called Verizon last night and they were no help at all. We were really looking forward to watching Dexter for free!

you might need to call verizon and have them refresh your cable box, I heard you can do that in the box by yourself, so try to go to menu customer support and in home agent, and see if there is a good way to reboot or refresh your cable box. or open a chat support and ask them if they can reload your cable card or refresh your cable box. see if that works

I talkied to customer twice once on friday night again saturday morning she told me I should be able to access it in fifteeen to twenty minutes I never ciould.
