Outage - Verizon is aware and doing a global update on all STB's in NY area
Solution from the STB
Press Menu >> Customer Support >> In Home Agent >> STB/DVR Auto Correct
Select all STBs by pressing 1 or the select the STB/DVR having the issue and then press Right Arrow button for NEXT then Right Arrow button again to start process.
****it will take up to 8 or so minutes to resolve and it will say "Loading" for some time - the circle icon will not spin
*** if you get an error when accessing STB/DVR Auto Correct - EXIT to live TV and repeat process above

It just came back on, seemingly all by itself.

I'm in PA & a lot of my stations are showing that too. Reset everything & didn't do anything. Of course can't get through to anybody on phone.

Been having this issue for hours now!!! Can't get anyone on phone and the live chat is unavailable of course due to volume! I have rebooted twice to no avail. If there's a problem in the area can we at least get an estimate as to when it's coming back on? I am sure my bill will reflect a credit right? Just kidding on that last part.

I tried the recommended solution and it didn't fix anything. It's a system-wide FiOS TV problem throughout the Northeast (I'm in Pennsylvania). According to Verizon, it's expected to be repaired "some time" on 03/25/2012.
