I am having the following problems with HBO/Cinemax On Demand only -- all other On Demand programming I've checked works fine:
The picture will look very "squiggly" and there is no sound. After a few minutes, playback stops and I get a message that my connection has been lost.
I reset my router, and that fixed the problem for a while. But after watching one show, I attempted to watch another and the problem recurred. I tried resetting my router again, and it did not fix the problem. The next morning, I reset the router AGAIN, and it seems that I can view programming -- for now.
The HBO and Cinemax channels are working fine all the time.
I don't want to have to reset my router over and over again just to watch HBO On Demand. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
