yeah it happens....

have tech support reset your box, and if that doesnt resolve the issue, have them replace your box

This happens to me, too.  I don't have a DVR, just an HD QIP 7100.  Is this a problem common to both STBs or related to something else?

Last night I requested the VOD Aqua Teen Hunger Force and when I pressed "View Now" the box (SD 2500) shut down and recycled as if it was getting an update. I waited and when it was done doing what it was doing I tried again and everything worked as usual. I figured it was just a glitch since I watched a South Park after that and had no problems.

Just a fluke I guess, nothing to write TheSanchez about.
