I was using my DVR last night. I recorded a show and watched it a few hours later. I went into the "Recorded Programs" menu this morning and ALL of my recordings were gone. Its completely empty. I had about 78% used - ALOT of programming. How did this happen?
Unfortunately no clue, I have never had that happen in almost 4 yeas with my Verizon DVR. The only thing I can suggest is to remove the electrical power for 10-15 seconds, plug it back in, and see if by chance they magically re-appear. Sometimes just forcing the DVR to restart from scratch by removing the power has fixed a variety of problems.
