HELP!!!! Screen is frozen

I downloaded the media manager trial and added my photos and music to it.  The photos view fine.  When I went to the music the screen froze and cannot get it to unfreeze, it is just stuck there.  Tried turning everything off and waited then turned back on but it is still there.  What should I do?

Pull the power plug for the DVR, wait 20 sec. or so, and plug it back in, should fix it.
