Home DVR out of sync on STB

We've had Fios for a few weeks and many shows recorded on our Home DVR when played on our STB has the voice and picture out of sync. Is this a standard problem or do we have some issue going on? We've done the whole reset thing and even had a technician change out our Home DVR but the problem presists.

Hey Planofiosuser,

 The out of synch picture/audio using the Multi-room DVR is a known issue that is being addressed. There is already a existing thread on this:

That has alot of the resolutions that is in the update that is being rolled out to all stb's.  Hope this helps!
