How do you return a STB?

I no longer need one of my STBs. How and where do I return this box back to Verizon? I live in North Reading, MA 01864. Thanks.

I see only Newton, MA. If that's near you, just take it over there and get a receipt. Otherwise you have to call customer service and they tell you how to mail it in to them. If you mail it, be sure you get a detailed receipt from UPS, or whichever shipper they send you to (serial number on the cable box is good proof). A few people have had problems with the mail in process and Verizon claiming not to have received the unit.
