I have channels in SD but they do not work in HD

In doing some searching with my service I've noticed that I have several channels in SD but do not have them in HD.  I have not upgraded my service to Extreme HD yet, but before I do I want to make sure what I have actually works.

- I brought this problem up to tech support and they stated it was a billing issue I brought it up to billing they said it was tech support ( The circle continues).  I noticed some things actually get solved here so does anyone have any advice.

What channels are you talking about? You will only get a limited number of HD channels without the Extreme HD. And not every SD channel has a HD channel.

Unfortunatley when I signed up for Fios TV (2 months ago) extreme HD was not available.  When I talked to tech support the only one on my list that I shouldn't have is Vs.

The list is as follows:

FX

Speed

Fox Bus

Fox NEws

Biography

Planet Green

Travel

ABC Family

All these channels are there but they say I am not subscribed.  Billing/tech support said I should get them but they pointed fingers at each other.

any ideas??

With out the Extreme HD on your account, you will not get any of them. You only get the locals, ABC, NBC, FOX, etc. Once you upgrade you get them all.

Wow....2 seconds and you already told me more than an hour on the phone....Now if I could only get my MR DVR to work and I would be set.

yeah you get better support here, then you will on the phone. Whats the issue with the MR-DVR?

I am unable to watch anything recorded on my DVR on any of my othe STB's.  Both of my othe STB's say that they do not recognize the MR DVR.  IT says to a:  make sure there is SD content available and if that does not work unplug the boxes and try again.  I have tried this several times with not luck.

I saw those and as far as I can tell I have the necessary version and build
