VOD channels picture is wavy and then i get an error message. How does one get help here???????????? I pay for this premium channel. What's with verizon. Gotta get out of this service fast.

Generally speaking you can dial 1-800-VERIZON
if you don't have time to wait on the phone, you can try www.gethuman.com they offer a free call ahead service.
Live chat is a great option, you find it at the bottom of the page under contact us. I like using that one when I need help.

I had the same issue and was able to solve it on my own with these steps.
On the STB with the issue press
MENU > CUSTOMER SUPPORT > In-Home Agent > Set-Top Box Auto Correction.
