I am getting a Temporarily unavailable error message when I try to use In Home Agent. Is there a problem with it. Also I have seen a bill board that claims that FiOS is leaving Oregon. is anyone aware of this? If so what are our options?

did anyone find a solution to this? I have been getting In-Home agent unavailable for over a month now.

Have you tried re-downloading the In Home Agent to your PC/Mac?
You can go to verizon.com/inhomeagent to do so.
Also, is there a technical issue that you need resolved but cannot get to the In Home Agent?
