Input Signal out of Range

When going from/to HD I get a black screen and the message  "Input Signal out of Range"

Change setting to 1920 X 1200 and it is already set to that.

I have to shut off the monitor and switch it on to get the new channel.

I use the one monitor for TV and Computer

I'm assuming you are talking about going from HD to SD or vce-versa.  What do you have your SD override on the STB set to?  Try setting it to OFF as this causes the Verizon box to always output content at your selected HD resolution instead of switching to 480i (for SD channels).

Maybe when an OP types "black screen" , a popup box should appear telling them to set the SD override off 😉
