On this page to control the dvr

it says I can't control it till installation is completed. Monday it was and I can control dvr from my iphone, so not sure why this shows, any ideas?

I am not sure your path on how you arrived on that particular destination but I am able to replicate the end result which is a valid page depending on account criteria. Can you clarify what it is you were intending to do exactly so I can assist you better? The phone app you used is different from the basic web remote dvr page.
If you are attempting to use Remote DVR website to set up recordings you will need to do the following:
1.) Click on http://bit.ly/fxB7rL then log into your account with the primary user ID and password.
2.) Then click on "DVR" in the red banner.
3.) You will get a result with 4 options below it: Record a Show - Scheduled Recordings - Recorded Shows - Remote DVR.
At this point you will have control of your DVR and be able to use the first 3 items to manipulate as you desire. The 4th item Remote DVR is an informational only page.
