O.K. I dug through the manual and the menues and I can not find the place to set the output RF channel on the IPC1100.
It's defaulted to 3 and I want to change it to 4.
Manual says it can output on 3 or 4 but I can't locate the menue to change the output channel.
Has anyone seen the menu?
Thanks!

I do not have VMS service but on my TV it is Menu=>Settings=>Audio & Video=>Video Settings=>RF Channel.. Hopefully it is in the same place.

That's where I thought it would be too but no such luck.
I know the option got removed from the Comcast boxes but I was happy to see the manual listed RF 3/4 output.
Now I'm wondering if Verizon eliminated the choice too.

I just got off the phone with Verizon support. They did not have any real answers. I sent an email to ARRIS since they make the box. We will see if they have an answer.

ARRIS support got back to me and "the IPC1100 is service provider supported only" so I'm still looking for a definitive answer from Verizon.

Why does it matter?

I'm combining the output signal with other locally generated channels and OTA channels to connect TVs without using the STB on every television in the house.
