Is the software upgrade img 1.9 coming to motorola boxes or just cisco boxes, and when is it coming to SE Pa?

All boxes (Moto and Cisco) will be upgraded to 1.9a.  When is another story.  SE PA (VHO8 was supposed to get it last week, but something stopped the push.  Any dates would be a guess.
