Lost sound on some channels

On about 3 channels I no longer get sound.  Two of the channels show the video with no sound permanently.  the third shows video without sound for 10-15 seconds then goes to a screen that says "Currently Unavailable".  Any suggestions?

I have a same problem.  The solution I found is that you have to turn off the box and turn in on in a few seconds.  If this doesn't work, I completely shut down the box (remove it from outlet) and let it wait for a minute.  Then put it to outlet, turn it on and wait till everything downloads.  It works.  Of course it a pain to do it, but I think it is more pain to call customer service.Smiley Happy
