How do I download Media Manager to watch Youtube vids on Fios TV? I can't find it listed on Verizon.

Under "My Services" select "My Apps"
There are two versions: one under mobile and one under computer.

In addition to walt178's response, after downloading the media manager file on your computer,
check your set-up on your FiOS TV:
from your FiOS TV Remote, go to Menu - Media Manager - Refresh Devices - OK.
Confirm that you can see the computer name with Media Manager successfully installed.
To go to YouTube from the remote:
click on 'Widgets' - 'FiOS TV Widgets' - 'Music and Video' - You Tube

You can also use the I WANT TO menu.
You will see download apps on the right hand column
What does the “I Want To…” tab allow me to do?
A: This area is chock-full of links to common tasks - like viewing your bill, paying your bill, checking email, changing your plan and much, much more!

The non-working Media Manager Download link on this page was found by site search - It is apparently an old link that no longer leads to the correct Media Manager download file:
http://www22.verizon.com/support/residential/tv/fiostv/guide/enhanced+tv/questionsone/124959.htm
When I click on the Download Media manager button, it takes me to
https://www36.verizon.com/mm/downloads/mmnew/mediamanager.exe
A error box then pops up and says file not found.
NOTE - Just clicking on links I listed gives an error message "BAD REQUEST", but clicking on the links from searching for "Media Manager Download" does not generate a "Bad Request" error. Instead it actually takes you to the old download page.
The link here DOES work - It was found as stated aboven using MyVerizon Services, then go down and click on the COMOUTER tab (otherwise you'll be downloading the SmartPhone app, not the Computer app).:

it downloads the app.
Can you try again? maybe it was a glitch in the matrix?
