Missing channels on one TV

Have had Fios since 2007, no problems.

Last week, after the programming guide upgrade, we could no longer view certain channels on one TV.  The channels we lost do not seem randon - for example, we get all of the NBC/Universal channels (e.g., USA, E!), but cannot get our local channels or the Turner channels (TBS, TNT, CNN, Cartoon Network). 

I have changed out the set-top boxes, and the problem happens with all of the boxes.

I understand that is could be a wiring issue, but the timing of this happening right after the programming guide upgrade AND the non-randomness of the channels we can't get anymore has me wondering.
