MLB Network HD Frozen

Good Evening, I've been having trouble viewing MLB Network HD (Channel 586) all day.  The standard channel, 86, works but I am not sure why I am receiving a frozen screen when I tune to 586. This is the only channel that I am having an issue with.

Any information would be appreciated.

no problems for me at around 9:45pm last night.
